PT WGI applies the integrated business system in its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The Standard Application Procedures (SAP) module has enabled the integration of these business processes from start to finish, which includes the processes of production planning, sales and distribution, purchasing, finance and cost centre.  With the SAP module,  PT WGI has an operational foundation required to be successful in the competitive domestic and regional markets.

This integrated operational pattern will support the production of quality products that will play a vital role in convincing the consumers.  Therefore, the expansion of the sales and distribution network throughout Indonesia has become a priority, along with the increasing service to the consumers.

To strengthen the distribution network, PT WGI has created solid sales teams.  These teams have been prepared to break through the areas with high consumer potentials. These teams have also been trained to serve the consumers in their territories in a professional manner.

To enhance the performance and strength of the teams, regular business meeting have been conducted to widen their horizon. It is expected for the teams to have an ever-stronger orientation and focus as time moves on in order to capture more domestic and regional markets.

The distribution activities are divided into two parts.  The first is the R/A (Retail/Automotive) distributors whose task it is to supply lubricants to the retail/automotive sectors.  The second one is the C/I (Commercial/Industry) distributors who handle the lubricant supply for the commercial and industry sectors.

The availability of the information technology will continually minimize the business constraint, thereby creating new opportunities, which PT WGI has taken advantage of with its websitewww.ptwgi.com. This in turn create a wider business reach and opportunities to get into the regional and international markets.
